Corporate Culture Risks OverviewThe answer to the question why most initiatives focusing on the hard aspects of an organization fail lies in the intangible, or soft, aspects of the organization, its people. If you leave them out of the equation you are stacking the odds against your success. We are not simply referring to training or skills we are referring to “the way we do things around here”; with the emphasis on the way. If you can’t change the people and the way they do things you are unlikely to achieve change at all, the culture will resist and try to snap back to where it was.
