Personal Culture Instrument

The Personal Cultural Instrument (PCITM) has been developed specifically to address the recruitment culture fit issue. It supports and enhances the existing recruitment practices of Human Resources departments and visibly increases the value delivered by HR to the organisation.  It provides a cultural profile of an individual and their relative suitability to your organisation.


The instrument uses the tried and tested methods employed by our ICE
TM instrument to establish the degree of ‘fit’ and identify the relative cultural strengths and weaknesses. PCITM has proved its value to numerous organisations that now incorporate it into their standard recruitment processes.
