The business case for Six Sigma is well documented and numerous external data sources provide staggering dollar savings for companies like GE and Motorola in the billions.  Impressive as this is, it does not provide you with indications of the sort of benefit you could receive as a $1M, $10 or even $100M company.  DCI believe the best way to view potential benefits is from a typical project basis.  The following data is taken from the iSixSigma Magazine benchmarking study on ROI returns per project:
